With advanced training and experience working with active older adults, people with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer, I am skilled and sensitive to the unique needs of these populations.
Senior Fitness
Reduce the risk of falling with strength, mobility, flexibility and body awareness sequences. Improve memory retention and have fun in a social group exercising to rhythmic music.
